Refund policy

All sales are final. We make everything in small batches, so we don't accept returns or exchanges, and we don't issue refunds.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Email orders@cropcircle.online within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. If the item is out of stock, we'll work out an alternative with you directly.
