Products & pricing

We make specialty composted soil and apparel in small batches. We aim to show products and prices accurately, but colors may vary slightly, and we may correct errors, update prices, or limit quantities at any time. Products are subject to availability.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. You're responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Shipping & risk of loss

Shipping timelines are estimates — see our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.

Returns

All sales are final. We replace damaged or defective items only — see our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Crop Circle name, logo, designs, and site content are our property and may not be used without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe others' rights.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crop Circle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Soil products are sold for ordinary gardening use.
